We had an issue with our thermostat and air cycler system. We called Mountain View this morning and Avry, the technician, was here by 3:15 to trouble shoot. He knew quickly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. What a nice and capable young man! Very kind. And he never even called us out for not checking the breakers properly. Duh! We have egg on our faces. Sorry about that…. We have never had anything but the best service from Mountain View and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.

Mountain View Air Conditioning was a subcontractor for a house we recently purchased. When we needed to move in we scheduled a walkthrough with a tech to see where all the important parts are and ask pertinent questions. Service was super smooth and the tech was very friendly and super helpful!

They showed up so quickly for an after-hours emergency — we had NO A/C!! The tech Tyler was excellent! Very courteous, explained everything, and took care of getting us going again! I will always call Mountain View for our heating and A/C needs. SO glad they have 24 hour service!

Excellent experience with our technician today. He was incredibly thorough in assessing the system issues and determining cause, parts were ordered immediately and they will hopefully be installed this week.
