We had an issue with our thermostat and air cycler system. We called Mountain View this morning and Avry, the technician, was here by 3:15 to trouble shoot. He knew quickly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. What a nice and capable young man! Very kind. And he never even called us out for not checking the breakers properly. Duh! We have egg on our faces. Sorry about that…. We have never had anything but the best service from Mountain View and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.
